  • Service Agreement

      1. By engaging Diamond Movers’ services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  • Booking and Confirmation

      1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Diamond Movers.
      2. A confirmed booking is considered an agreement between the client and Diamond Movers.
  • Delays and Force Majeure

      1. Diamond Movers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, etc.).
  • Pricing & Payment

      1. Pricing is based on the agreed-upon services and may be subject to additional charges for unforeseen circumstances.
      2. A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance payable upon completion of the services.
      3. All moves require strictly cash or online payment upon completion.
  • Customer Responsibilities

      1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information regarding the service that required.
      2. The customer is responsible for obtaining necessary permits and authorizations for parking or building access.
  • Liability & Public Liability

      1. Goods are transported at the “Owner’s Risk” as defined by the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 Section 250, Subsection (1) a. The carrier is not liable for compensation unless intentional loss or damage occurs. Full transit insurance options are available for both household and commercial movers.
      2. While our team exercises utmost care, there is a low-risk potential for scuffs to internal walls and stairwells, especially with larger furniture and whiteware items. All work carried out at loading or unloading sites is at the “Owner’s Risk” and is uninsurable.
      3. Damage to driveways, public footpaths, underground installations, and overhanging lines caused by our vehicles is uninsurable. Instructions to drive across areas prone to damage make the owner, consignor, consignee, or shipper solely responsible.
      4. Bookings are on a “best-effort” basis. Delays can occur, and the team is not liable for personal or business losses due to such delays.
  • Carrier’s Lien

      1. Diamond Movers holds a contractual lien over debtors’ goods and assets. The debtor indemnifies Diamond Movers for any losses resulting from retaining possession of the debtor’s goods and assets.
  • Defaults

      1. Defaults incur collection, legal, and administrative charges. An interest rate of 25% per annum compounded monthly will be charged.
      2. Recovery of materials used in the relocation process is reserved in the event of default. The debtor is liable for all recovery costs.
  • Cancellations and Delays

      1. Cancellations must be made in writing within a specified period to qualify for a refund.
      2. Minimum cancellation fees of 10% apply for all prepaid bookings with 7 days’ notice.
      3. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
      4. Minimum cancellation fees of 25% apply for all prepaid bookings with less than 7 days’ notice. The actual fee depends on the lateness of notice and other factors.
      5. Diamond Movers will make every effort to carry out moves as scheduled. Delays due to various reasons are possible, and the company is not responsible for costs incurred.
  • Fees, Costs, And Expenses

      1. A Late Payment Fee of $15 applies for each missed payment.
  • Risk And Responsibility

      1. Diamond Movers’ failure to exercise rights does not reduce those rights.
  • Confidentiality

      1. Diamond Movers respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose details of the move without consent.
  • Dispute Resolution

      1. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, legal means.
  • Termination

      1. Either party may terminate with 7 days’ notice.
  • Severability

      1. If any part of this agreement is unenforceable, illegal, or void, it is severed, and the rest remains in force.
  • Notice

      1. Notice must be given in writing via email or post to the Storer’s address. Phone notice is accepted if authorized.
  • Amendments

    1. Diamond Movers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with changes communicated to clients in a timely manner.
